Today's Scripture: “God will judge those on the outside; but as the Scriptures say, ‘You must remove the evil person from among you.’” 1 Corinthians 5:13, NLT  

Theme: Refrain from judging or disassociating from unbelievers. It is time to say something when your believing friends, family, or leaders remain in sin while passing off as believers in good standing.  

Today’s Scripture: “And why worry about a speck in your friend’s eye when you have a log in your own?” Matthew 7:3, NLT 

Theme: Consider your own sin before you worry about anyone else; examine yourself first. 

Today's Scripture: “‘Truly I tell you,’ he said, ‘this poor widow has put in more than all the others.’” Luke 21:3, NIV  

Theme: No matter how little you have, it’s enough to please God by your sacrifice.  

Today's Scripture: “Do not neglect to do good and to share what you have, for such sacrifices are pleasing to God.” Hebrews 13:16, ESV 

Theme: Do good, share sacrificially, please God. 

Today’s Scripture: “But the Lord said to Samuel, 'Do not look on his appearance or on the height of his stature, because I have rejected him. For the Lord sees not as man sees: man looks on the outward appearance, but the Lord looks on the heart.'" 1 Samuel 16:7, ESV 

Theme: Human standards, including appearances and success, don’t impress God; a right heart does.
