Theme: When our successors thrive, it is good that we help them to rise to their potential. 

Today’s Scripture: “Every man shall give as he is able, according to the blessing of the Lord your God that he has given you.” Deuteronomy 16:17, ESV 

Theme: Give what you have generously and don’t worry about what you don’t have. 

Today’s Scripture: “The point is this: whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows bountifully will also reap bountifully.” 2 Corinthians 9:6, ESV 

Theme: Generosity, whether with our time, talent, or treasure, is not wasted. 

Today's Scripture: "As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God's varied grace: whoever speaks, as one who speaks oracles of God; whoever serves, as one who serves by the strength that God supplies—in order that in everything God may be glorified through Jesus Christ." 1 Peter 4:10-11, ESV 

Theme: Whatever gift you have, use it to serve others by God's power and Spirit, giving Him the glory.
