Today’s Scripture: “If I then, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you also ought to wash one another's feet.” John 13:11, ESV 

Theme: Humility towards each other shows we obey and worship God. 

Today’s Scripture: “Peter said to him, ‘You shall never wash my feet.’ Jesus answered him, ‘If I do not wash you, you have no share with me.’” John 13:8, ESV 

Theme: Peter wants to exclude leaders from humiliation; Jesus instructs leaders not to avoid humble acceptance of menial, unpleasant, or painful tasks. 

Today’s Scripture: “Is not this the fast that I choose: 
 to loose the bonds of wickedness, 
 to undo the straps of the yoke, 
to let the oppressed go free, 
 and to break every yoke?” Isaiah 58:6, ESV 

Theme: Sometimes, doing all the “right” things is not what matters to God. Worship means doing what He requires. 

Today’s Scripture: “For thus said the Lord God, the Holy One of Israel, ‘In returning and rest you shall be saved; in quietness and in trust shall be your strength.’” Isaiah 30:15a, ESV 

Theme: Humbly worshipping God means waiting for His direction, not my preference. 

Today’s Scripture: "For even the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many." Mark 10:45, ESV 

Theme: Worshiping Jesus involves humble service.
